The Cayman Islands is the smallest country in the world with a plant to manufacture Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs), Architectural Foam Shapes Exterior, Insulated Finish Systems and Styrofoam products.
This new manufacturing location is a hub for the entire Caribbean.
This versatile product is ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial construction in the Caribbean. Frank Flowers of C.L. Flowers and Sons of Grand Cayman, a cement block manufacturer, wanted to bring Insulated Concrete Forms to Grand Cayman. After thoroughly researching insulated concrete forms, Mr. Flowers selected the Formtech ICF. There are many benefits to the Caribbean including lower utility bills and stronger dwellings.
