Incorporated in January 2001, ICF Building System Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Texchem Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (a member of the Texchem Group of Companies).

ICF Building System Sdn. Bhd. is dedicated to marketing the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) building system to the Malaysian and ASEAN construction industry. The ICF building system combines one of the best insulating materials, expanded polystyrene with one of the strongest building materials, steel reinforced concrete, to offer a superior building structure that is load bearing, column free, quick and easy to construct and energy efficient.

The ICF building system is manufactured in Shah Alam Malaysia with technology input from Formtech International.

ICF Building System Sdn. Bhd. had completed a state-of-the-art bungalow at Saujana Bungalow Resort at Saujana Subang. The above project was completed in seven and a half months and offers a unique, quiet, comfortable and energy efficient home.
