Formtech ICFs are made from fire-retardant EPS. The Insulated Concrete Form is inert and is considered one of the best insulating materials available. It provides for a complete wall system below and above grade. With concrete, the ICF block has a minimum R-22 value, with behavioural properties of R-35 and upwards.
